Homemade Nasi Lemak

Today I cooked nasi lemak(coconut rice) with sambal sotong(chili calamari), fried anchovies, peanuts and cucumber for our lunch and dinner.My husband really like my homemade nasi lemak but I told him that I can cook it once a month due to its high cholesterol!
